Pardeeville is surrounded by natural beauty in every direction.  Becker Waterfowl Protection Area, Peter Helland Wildlife Area, Duck Creek Public Hunting Grounds, Rocky Run Creek Fishery/Oak Savannah State Natural Area and Swan Lake Wildlife Area are all less than 15 minutes away.  Bird & wildlife watching, hiking and  photography are just a few of the many activities to enjoy.

BECKER WATERFOWL PRODUCTION AREA

Located 1.5 miles north of Pardeeville on Hwy 22, this 357 acre site features 3 miles of hiking trails

DUCK CREEK PUBLIC HUNTING GROUNDS

Located 4 miles east of Wyocena on Hwy G, the 159 acre property consists of ~100 acres of upland and ~60 acres of marsh/stream

PETER HELLAND WILDLIFE AREA

Located 6 miles east of Pardeeville on County Road P, the 3,543 acre property includes ~2,700 acres of wetland, ~500 acres of grassland and ~240 acres of wooded habitat

 

Located southwest of Wyocena off Hwy 22, Rocky Run Creek includes an 8 mile section which is classified as trout water.
